Join the It's All Yoga Community for a month-long meditation challenge, hosted by Yoga Jeanne! You need not be in the area to participate, as all of the content will be emailed to participants to meditate at home. If you come to classes in the studio, each teacher will provide a 10 minute meditation in class.
Once a week, participants will receive an email loaded with tools and resources to support your home meditation practice. Video demos, audio meditations and a written manual will guide the participant through the month. If you are in the area, we will meet each Sunday of April at 8:00am for a 30 minute group meditation.
Meditation is a simple way to change your life a little bit everyday. I find that I am less anxious, more calm and clear throughout my day.
