Join Jeanne for 3 hours of Beginning Yoga instruction. There are many ways to practice yoga, but only you know the best way for your body. During the workshop, we will cover many of the basic yoga poses and the fundamental components to each. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and begin to cater their practice to suit the unique needs of their body. The afternoon will be fun, playful and full of curiosity and exploration. You will leave the workshop feeling empowered in your practice and hungry to know more about your body and breath. All levels welcome.
