

YOGA is a journey toward better health and well-being through asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath exercises),
and meditation. We will develop flexibility, release tension, and explore the source of our strength. We will
learn to bring mindfulness to the mat and carry it forward through all aspects of our life. Creativity blossoms through

Having taught yoga since 2000, I have developed a love for building a strong foundation of postures while at the same
time addressing the spiritual aspect at the heart of all yoga. Yoga means "union", joining of the body, mind
and spirit; to be in a state of connectedness. The first step of this journey is awareness of the present moment.
As they say, the past is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift--that's why it's called the "present".
