Join Jeanne for an extended 2-hour yoga practice. In this class we will be able to move through many elements of a yoga practice, without feeling rushed! We will start with a meditation, then move into some gentle breathing exercises, followed by a movement practice, ending with some optional chanting, more meditation and finishing with a long savasana.
