Spring to Summer transition can be exciting and overwhelming. With all of the potential fun ahead, take a day to pause and nurture yourself. Come enjoy a one-day yoga retreat, with Gina and Jeanne, a perfect way to ease into relish the spring before the hot and busy summer.
The yoga practices and activities are designed to (1) support the restoration of your nervous system, calming the mind and body; (2) to facilitate a reconnection with yourself before the summer sizzle begins; and (3) to rejuvenate your spirit so that you can be more energized and present in your life.
The retreat will include two yoga classes (one active practice in the morning and a restorative practice in the afternoon), meditation, nutritious and delicious lunch, pool floating (weather permitting) and time to enjoy the beauty of nature.
