This is why we are devoting 6 weeks to the theme of meditation -- how to get started, build the habit and set realistic goals.
The biggest roadblocks to starting a new habit are not having accountability and support. By joining the IAY Meditation Challenge for this 6-weeks, you will have both.
Here's how it works works. Participation in the 6-week challenge will include the following:
+ YouTube Live meditation broadcast, Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30am PST, led by Jeanne and Michelle. If you cannot make the time, the videos will be archived so that you can watch any time of day
+ 6 weekly emails, which will include video demonstrations, guided audio meditations, a written Meditation Manual and links to various resources to support your growing practice
+ 6 weekly group meditation classes at the It’s All Yoga studio, Sundays from 8-8:30 am, led by Ellen
Each week will have a different theme, so that you can try on many different types of meditation, including mindfulness, walking, mantra, and more!
