Join us for this holiday special Beginner's Yoga class at the Yoga Seed studio, 1400 E Street in Sacramento, featuring professional Bassist, Casey Lipka.  She will be soothing our systems with the low vibrations of her stand-up bass while we move to a slow flow of yoga poses.  We will end class with a long savasana, while students are serenaded by Casey's bass and Jeanne's voice.
